StretchMetal seeks both a Videographer/Producer and a Video Editor to support a new artist interview video series produced through the Atmospheric Music Alliance (AMA).
StretchMetal is a nonprofit music organization supporting ambient artists and expanding public understanding of ambient music through performance, education and shared listening. AMA is StretchMetal’s member-run network of ambient artists and listeners, providing educational programming, artist resources, funding opportunities, and community-building initiatives.
This video series will feature conversations with artists and organizers exploring the evolving landscape of ambient music. Interviews will be filmed in Chicago beginning in July 2026 hosted by StretchMetal’s Program Director Olive Haugh.
Compensation: $125 per episode
Location: Videographer/Producer (Chicago) Video Editor (Chicago or Remote)
Note: These are contract positions with the possibility of ongoing work as the series develops. Qualified candidates with experience in both production and post-production may apply for either position individually or for both roles.
